About me
You may find yourself caught in cycles of self-criticism, emotional overwhelm, or uncertainty in relationships. Perhaps there’s a constant inner voice that judges or doubts you, making it hard to feel settled in yourself or connected to others. These struggles can be exhausting and may show up in different ways, including anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, or concerns about your body and self-image. I offer a compassionate, thoughtful space to help you make sense of these experiences and develop a kinder, more supportive relationship with yourself.
I work with young people and adults who struggle with a strong internal critic, difficulties with emotional regulation, and patterns in relationships that feel painful or stuck. Therapy focuses on understanding where these patterns come from, learning to respond to emotions with greater care and balance, and building the inner resources needed to navigate life with more ease and self-trust.
A bit more about me, I am an HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist (PYL046913) with almost 10 years of experience working within the NHS across psychological practice, research, and public policy. I bring this depth of experience into my private practice work with adults.
I take an integrative and collaborative approach, drawing on Compassion Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. This allows us to explore self-criticism, emotional responses, and relationship patterns in a way that is tailored to your goals, values, and life context.
If you’re considering therapy and would like to explore whether we might be a good fit, you’re welcome to email me to arrange a free 15-minute consultation.
