My services
Therapy for young people, adults & expats
I offer online therapy sessions to young people and adults across the UK and Europe as well as expats living in Bulgaria. On request, we can also arrange to have sessions in person in Sofia.
Areas of focus
In my work, I support adults who want to better understand themselves, their emotions, and their relationships.
Some of the areas I most often work with include:
Relationships and communication – navigating challenges in close relationships and building healthier ways of connecting
Anxiety and affective disorders – understanding anxiety, low mood, and emotional overwhelm
Body image and self-criticism – developing a kinder relationship with your body and inner voice
Emotional regulation and shame – learning to recognise, express, and manage difficult emotions
Building self-compassion – cultivating warmth, acceptance, and understanding towards yourself
Managing stress and life transitions – finding balance during periods of change, uncertainty, or pressure
My aim is to offer a safe, compassionate space where we can explore together what feels most meaningful and supportive for you.
