What are your working hours?

You can find my working hours on superdoc.bg. I tend to work Mon-Fri and can be available after normal working hours by request.

How do video consultations work?

I use the secure online platform Healee. I conduct the sessions from a private and quiet space. It is important that you also join from a location where you feel comfortable and where you won’t have any interruptions. Otherwise, online sessions are no different to face-to-face therapy appointments and, in fact, studies show that teletherapy is as effective as in-person interventions.

Do you offer therapy in English?

Yes, I offer therapy in both English and Bulgarian. I worked as a psychologist in the United Kingdom between 2016-2025 across a wide range of services within the National Health Service.

Why do session fees differ by country?

I work with clients from different countries, where financial realities can vary greatly. Offering country-adjusted fees allows me to reduce barriers to therapy while providing the same level of care, time, and professionalism to everyone I work with.

Do you offer sliding scale fees?

I aim to practice in a way that is both ethically responsible and financially accessible. For this reason, a limited number of sliding-scale fees on complicated.life are available for clients experiencing financial difficulties.

Is therapy confidential?

Yes, absolutely. Everything discussed in our sessions is confidential, in line with the ethical and legal standards for clinical psychologists.

Can I attend sessions if I live outside of Bulgaria?

Yes, I offer online sessions to people living across Europe.

How many sessions will I need?

Therapy is an individual process, and the number of sessions can vary widely based on your goals, needs, and history. Some people benefit from short-term therapy (e.g., 6–10 sessions), while others prefer longer-term work.

What is your cancellation policy?

I know that unexpected things in life can happen and that sometimes you won’t be able to attend your appointment. I ask that you give me at least 24 hours‘ notice. Sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time may be charged in full.
